- Gear set with 3 jaw clutch dog. Replaces OEM 986979 Sierra 18-2221.
- Compatible with most 4 cylinder, V4 60 degree and 90 degree small gear housings from 1978 – 2006 (see below).
- 13/26 tooth gear ratio.
- Also works with OMC Cobra outdrive models with 2.3L Ford (1987 – 1989) and 3.0L chevy (1986 – 1989).
