Brand new, OMC Cobra upper gearcase. 21/17 gear ratio. For 5.0L Chevy V8, 5.8L Ford EFI V8 and 7.5L Ford 460 (1987-1989). This can also be used for high altitude environments (5000+ ft above sea level) where a 21/16 would normally be used. Contact us for high altitude gear ratios.

Unit is 100% brand new and comes installed with u-joints and the output drive shaft.
