• Compatible with 5.0 liter 305 and 5.7 liter 350 models
• Serial numbers 0D470000 and up.
• Stern drives have 2 year fault free warranty
• Note  –  does not work with the 305 V8 200 horsepower model.
• Upper gearcase includes u joints and output shaft.
